Spotted it from a Train, came back next morning to capture it. The train journey from Domodossola in Italy to Locarno Switzerland is like something from a fairytale with huge peaks on all sides, incredibly deep gorges and roaring rapids of glacial water, medieval villages. Just a magical experience. This was one of the landmarks visible from the train and I made sure I headed back early next morning to Intragna and hiked to this Roman bride built in the mid 1500s, over the river Melezza.
